Introduction of CSA Binder
•CSA Cement can be effectively combined with various mineral products, such as Portland cement, calcium sulfates, and fillers, or with organic substances like polymers found in latex foam or redispersible foam.
•Depending on the mixtures and technologies applied, CSA Cement can be utilized to achieve and regulate a range of properties.
The behavior of Portland cement is highly variable. Typically, the acceleration of set progressively increases with the addition of HCSA Binder. The required quantity of HCSA Binder to attain a specific setting time varies significantly based on the origin of the Portland cement, and performance can be tailored through the use of additives.
•The strength development of CSA Cement blended with Portland cement and/or calcium sulfates is contingent upon the characteristics of the Portland cement and/or calcium sulfates employed. Generally, these blends exhibit mechanical strength at a very early stage, often within several hours. With certain types of Portland cements and in formulated products that include additives to control setting and hydration, the long-term properties can be comparable to those of the original Portland cement. Nonetheless, it is essential to evaluate the behavior of each type of Portland cement utilized.
Property &Specification of CSA Binder
CSA Binder
Calcium Sulfoaluminate binder is a refined product of pure CSA clinker, ground without incorporating any gypsum. It is a hydraulic cementitious blend that boasts a significant proportion of C4A3S (Calcium Sulfoaluminate Crystals).

Property &Specification of CSA Cement
Calcium Sulfoaluminate Cement(CSA Cement)
CSA Cement, also known as Calcium Sulphoaluminate Cement, is available in grades 42.5, 62.5, 72.5, 82.5, and 92.5. It is a hydraulic binder derived from calcium sulpho aluminate, setting it apart from Calcium Aluminates Cement, which is based on calcium aluminates, and Portland Cement, which relies on calcium silicates. CSA Cement can be utilized independently, especially when combined with a Lithium accelerator, or it can be mixed with Anhydrite, Portland cement, Metakaolin, or a blend of these components.
One of the key advantages of CSA Cement is its versatility, making it ideal for a variety of applications that necessitate rapid setting and/or early high strength development. It offers controlled setting, improved early strength, shrinkage compensation or expansion, and resistance to sulphates. Applications span across a broad range of cement-based products that require these characteristics. CSA Cement products are designed to meet the diverse needs of the cement industry, including fast-setting cements, self-leveling or self-smoothing compounds, self-compacting concrete, rapid-hardening mortars, tile adhesives, non-shrink grouts, water-stopping mortars, repair mortars, high early strength concrete, GRC, and more.
Introduction of CSA Expansive Additive
•When producing shrinkage-compensated expansive concrete, with a reinforcement ratio ranging from 0.2% to 1.0%, the controlled expansion rate should be between 0.02% and 0.04%. Additionally, the concrete should exhibit a prestress of 0.2 to 0.7 MPa.
•Compared to concrete without an Expansive Additive, expansive concrete with an Expansive Additive maintains a similar free strength, provided the mixing proportions are kept constant. However, its limited strength exceeds the free strength by approximately 10~15%.
•The impermeability grade of both mortar and expansive concrete can achieve levels above S30, with an elasticity ratio closely resembling that of conventional concrete. The sulphate resistance of the concrete is enhanced, and it does not pollute water.
Property &Specification of CSA Expansive Additive
CSA Expansive Additive
High-efficiency Calcium Sulphoaluminate Expansive Agent is produced by combining appropriate natural anhydrite with a specially formulated clinker, primarily composed of calcium sulphoaluminate and CaO. CSA Expansive Additive is invariably blended with standard cement. When CSA Expansive Additive is mixed with ordinary cement in the correct proportions and hydrated, the resulting cement mortar or concrete undergoes expansion in the initial stages of hydration. This controlled expansion, when properly restrained, enables the reduction of drying shrinkage. Furthermore, as the proportion of shrinkage-reducing admixture to ordinary cement increases, the pronounced expansive properties of CSA Expansive Additive make it particularly suitable for prestressed concrete applications. The high-efficiency shrinkage-reducing admixture is now widely utilized across various sectors of the construction industry by a diverse range of concrete product manufacturers.
Introduction of CA Cement
Calcium aluminate cements, due to their relatively high cost and the precision required in their application, are typically reserved for specific uses where their performance merits the expense. Here are some of these specialized applications:
•Certain concrete components necessitate rapid strength development, even in cold conditions. In these scenarios, a high cement content and a low water-to-cement ratio are essential to prevent structural instability and enhance the longevity of the concrete.
•They are also utilized as a component in blended cement formulations, where properties such as ultra-rapid strength development and controlled expansion are essential.
•Refractory concretes, which must maintain strength at elevated temperatures, often incorporate calcium aluminate cements.
•These cements serve as a protective liner and repair material in environments susceptible to microbial corrosion, such as sewer infrastructures, due to their exceptional resistance to biogenic sulfide corrosion.
Property &Specification of CA Cement
High Alumina Cement(CA Cement)
High Alumina Cement (HAC, sometimes known as calcium aluminate cement (CAC) or aluminous cement) .Calcium-aluminate cements are hydraulic cements derived from the pulverization of a solidified melt or clinker, primarily composed of hydraulic calcium aluminates. These aluminates are produced from carefully proportioned mixtures of alumina-rich and calcareous materials. Typically, these cements are categorized into three groups according to their alumina and iron oxide content: Low Purity, Intermediate Purity, and High Purity. Cements with a higher alumina content are particularly well-suited for applications that require exposure to higher temperatures.
